   It’s not a good idea removing all of your implants. They serve a purpose that’s beneficial more often than not . If you don’t know which Alien group implanted them, you don’t know the consequences of removal, and they may well be implanted again. If it’s implanted in your skull cavity next time around, you may not find it so pleasant even though it may not hurt. Don’t fear the unknown when you are not harmed. Instead, fear your government’s dealings with Extraterrestrials not sympathetic to humans. Dealings for which a certain super power or two are selling their souls and bargaining your life and freedom in exchange for evil or undesireable concessions.

   We would never remove an implant in the brain, or inside the skull; it is simply too risky. I agree that it is a risk that the aliens may implant another device to replace it, but many people decide to take that risk, as many people just want the devices out, once they find out about their presence.
