Dr. Leir, Sorry for contacting this way by this page and repeat the message in more than one place, but I think there is matter of our interest: recently (August 9, 2010), the Brazilian Government authorized the publication / access to files before treated as secrets about UFOs in Brazil.
Together, published in its Official Gazette, instructions on what the Brazilian Air Force officers do and should act in case of sighting and / or contact with a UFO.
I think the issue is of extreme interest internationally and believe that countries should try to “cover up” this news so that less people know about it.
Not sure how this is controlling access to files, just know that when this is possible.
