UFO reports have been taking a dramatic turn lately with more witnesses describing events related to a sort of conflict between military forces and large black triangular craft.  Such craft were seen in Canada earlier this week allegedly being fired upon by helicopters and another was spotted near Fresno California crashed into the side of a mountain with military vehicles quickly surrounding it.  What uncertainty does this bear for the future?

Wilbur “Will” Allen, a former White House employee and Air Force One engineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, has stated that Everett Bellamy (Senior Assistant Dean of Georgetown Law Center), on behalf of John Podesta, who is a full-time faculty member at Georgetown Law Center, a former White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton (1998-2001) and Co-chair of the Obama Transition Team (2008-9), told Mr. Allen that the frequent UFO and extraterrestrial over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol that Mr. Allen is able to document photographically using state of the art high definition equipment could, if made widely public, “destabilize society,” and urged Mr. Allen to cease his activity documenting these UFO/ET over fights and landings.

Ironically, at a November 14, 2007 press conference at the National Press Club, John Podesta himself called for public examination of the UFO phenomenon, stating, “It was the law.”

Mr. Allen is a professional photographer who was trained in photography and photographic analysis at a CIA film laboratory and has produced photography for major motion picture companies such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam.

Mr. Allen’s declarations are made in a wide-ranging exclusive radio interview with reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre on ExopoliticsRadio.org.

Mr. Allen’s photographs of UFOs flying over and landing on the roof of the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 2002 were taken 50 years from July 16, 1952, when UFOs were photographed over the U.S. Capitol.  Mr. Allen’s historic photographs of the July 16, 2002 event together with UFO sightings and landings by U.S. Senate buildings, and the Washington Monument are set out a Slide Show in the article below.

In his in-depth Exopolitics Radio interview (available to Examiner.com readers in the article below), Mr. Allen, who grew up on U.S. military bases and now resides in Washington, DC, reveals that at age five he was visited by a group of “four to five grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits” who implanted him with a device.   (more…)

Expert panels, military-intelligence agencies, and/or scientists, respectively, in France, U.K., and China now independently confirm that the ‘extraterrestrial hypothesis’ is now their public operative explanation for specific empirical UFO encounters.

According to one source, “The extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) is the hypothesis that some unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are best explained as being extraterrestrial life or space aliens from other planets occupying physical spacecraft visiting Earth.”

In France, on May 31, 2010, The Progress Report of the Sigma/3AF Commission, a semi-official report, adopted the extraterrestrial hypothesis for specific UFO sightings. According to independent investigative reporter UFOBlogger, “A new French report released on May 31, 2010 concluded that UFOs are definitely real and possibly of extraterrestrial origin. The Progress Report of the Sigma/3AF Commission comes from a highly credible source, the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association of France, known as the 3AF, which established a Commission on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena back in May 2008. The Commission’s President is Alain Boudier, a former French Defense attaché, and one of its key members is Jean-Gabriel Greslé, a former fighter pilot who studied at the U.S. Air Force Academy and later became an airliner pilot with Air France, where he experienced a couple of UFO sightings. Greslé has published three UFO books in France, including Unidentified Flying Objects: An Airline Pilot Talks (Guy Trédaniel, 1993).”

In the U.K. on August 4, 2010, the U.K. Ministry of Defence released World War II documents that confirmed that Prime Minister Winston Churchill had adopted the extraterrestrial hypothesis as the operating hypothesis of the U.K. government with regard to specific UFO sightings. In early August, 2010 the U.K. Ministry of Defence made public “an account of a wartime meeting attended by Winston Churchill in which, it is claimed, the prime minister was so concerned about a reported encounter between a UFO and RAF bombers, that he ordered it be kept secret for at least 50 years to prevent ‘mass panic’. After a late magnet switch forced NASA to order a six-month deferment of the final planned space shuttle flight, the Kennedy Space Center is preparing to receive a $1.5 billion physics experiment Thursday to seek out the cosmic signature of enigmatic, ubiquitous dark matter.

“If we see a deviation, then this would be new physics – a new contribution,” said Roberto Battiston, the experiment’s deputy principal investigator. “The first candidate that comes to mind would be dark matter.”

Researchers say less than 5 percent of the universe is made of matter – stuff we can see and touch.

“Everything else is something else,” Battiston tells Spaceflight Now.

About 23 percent of the universe is made of something called dark matter. Scientists know this because they can’t account for all the gravity affecting distant stars and galaxies.

The search for antimatter and the characteristics of cosmic rays themselves are also objectives of the AMS mission.

The payload is ultimately bound for the International Space Station, but researchers must first ship AMS from Switzerland to Florida for final assembly and testing before launch aboard the shuttle Endeavour in February.

The shipment is running a few months late after the AMS science team, led by Samuel Ting of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, elected to swap the instrument’s powerful helium-cooled superconducting magnet for a permanent device with a longer lifetime.

The frigid superfluid helium would gradually boil off in space, leaving the cryogenic magnet useless after two or three years, scientists say, while the permanent magnet could support observations for more than a decade.

“Even though the permanent magnet has a lower field, we can operate an unlimited amount of time,” Battiston said. “In the end, this configuration is much more suited for very long exposures at the space station.”

The outpost’s pending life extension through at least 2020 played into the AMS team’s decision, according to Battiston, a professor at the University of Perugia and the National Institute of Nuclear Physics in Italy.

About 600 physicists from 56 institutions in 16 countries are contributing to the AMS project.

The magnet replacement prompted NASA to flip-flop the last two planned shuttle flights and shove Endeavour’s AMS delivery mission to February 2011.

Workers switched the magnets in June at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. The spectrometer was put back together in July and exposed to a high-energy beam of particles last week in a final check of its sensitivity, according to updates on the mission website. (more…)
